In Finding Joy Lulu embarks on a treasure hunt to find things that bring her joy, suggesting initially that it could be physical items like a traditional treasure hunt. Instead, she finds the things that really bring her joy aren't things at all rather quality time spent, small and seemingly ordinary adventures and in friendship and the beauty of nature right outside her doorstep.

Finding Joy gently brings focus to how we can incorporate mindfulness and minimalism into ours and our children's lives by choosing to celebrate the sometimes mundane or familiar.
